flipupshapesThis interactive little board book presents ten basic shape concepts. Wedged between each page is a flip up tab that pulls up a picture of the shape and names it.  The reader looks for the corresponding shape in a colorful, base page of a simple scene.  Flip up a rectangle, and find the rectangles in an illustration of a window with shutters and a flower box. Each page, including the covers, are double sided efficiently used and present a new concept; ten in all. The only downside is wear and tear on the flip-up.  This book is easy to use, attractive and fun. It is excellent for repetition and presentation of early literacy concepts.  Board Book.  Recommend
